No worries. Both systems had in common:Sorry; I went through in a time when there were IPs who would still go, under the new system, “well I’ll just average you out . . .”
Or just completely disregarded so that an IP could get to the CCX destination bar as early as possible. Training was just a nice to have, should it have fit into the schedule.Both systems could be used, misused, or manipulated...
Blah, blah, blah...I still say [see post #1,086] that you should DOR.I was genuinely concientious in my grading as an IP at HT-18. And as the Stan O had many a conversation with the Santa Clause and the Hard Ass on the importance of accurate grading as a tool for production quality.
