Individuals seeking a position as a SNA need to take the ASTB (Aviation Selection Test Battery). Contact a recriuter, they should be able to answer questions about the whole application process. Also, look at a lot of the posts on this site, there is a ton of great information with regards to the application process. Good Luck!
