The house I lived in while in VA Beach is up for rent:
4/3.5 townhouse style condo. Two Master BRs. 20-30 minutes from NOB and Oceana, 5 minutes from Little Creek. Neighborhood has a good mix of VFA, Helo and SEAL types as well as low key locals (we had a Marine in the house too and we didn’t even get charged a pet deposit!). Great school district. Walk/bike to the beach and stop at the brewery or HKs along the way! 5 minutes from the Dog Park and two grocery stores across the street if the NEX/Commissary two stop lights away is too far away. Short Uber ride to Tuna and the Oyster Bar, and walls are thick when you bring the party back with you! Garage for toys as well!
