BY THE WAY, FOR THOSE OF YOU ON ACTIVE DUTY... IF ANYONE TELLS YOU THAT YOU NEED TO SUBMIT YOUR MICROFICHE, YOU DONT...HOWEVER I WOULD SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR MEDICAL SCREENING EVEN THOUGH IT GETS AUTOMATICALLY SENT TO THE BOARD. ALSO ON ANYTHING THAT IS A COPY OF AN ORIGINAL, REGARDLESS OF WHAT ANYONE TELLS YOU, MAKE SURE THAT IT IS STAMPED "CERTIFIED TO BE A TRUE COPY". FINALLY FOR FIELDS THAT DO NOT PERTAIN TO YOU, DO PUT "N/A" IN THE FIELD. DONT LEAVE ANYTHING BLANK. HOPE THIS HELPS....
