So once you get out of OCS, does this make you a 2nd Lt.

After you get out of OCS between your Junior/Senior year for the Marine Options, does this make you a 2nd Lt. for your Senior year? Will you be getting 2nd Lt. pay?

If you are NROTC you won't even earn e-5 pay, you just get your stipend. You don't even get paid after your comissioning. Pay for NROTC Marines starts when they report to TBS. I know guys that got comissioned in May but didn't report to TBS til September/October so they had to get civilian jobs.
