What is the service obligation if you get selected for a pilot slot after graduation. I have read it is anywhere from 7-10 years?

For OCS it's 8 years after you're winged.

If you go Pilot it's 8 years from winging and 6 years from NFO from what I've been told.

All avition commitments are from the date you recieve your wings. That date can be 18 months to two years after commisioning.

6 for me I'll be a winged FO next month! Not that it matters, I can retire in 9!
