Does anybody have any advice on running? My run is currently at around 22 which is a no go.

I have tried many things, but most don't seem to help me that much. I am currently maxed out on everything else, just need to work on that dang run.

If anyone can provide me with their routine or one they found helpful, please help out.

Google 'The Ultimate 5k by Doug Rennie', that program helped me go from ~22 minutes to ~19:30 in about 12 weeks.
