Room for Rent in Pensacola

One of my roommates is headed to Meridian, so I've got a room free starting February 13th. I'm a Marine 2nd Lt, SNFO in Advanced at Pensacola NAS...my other roommate is a Marine 2nd Lt, SNA at Whiting with 4-6 weeks of Primary left.

The house is about 20 minutes from the NAS back gate, and 45 or so from Whiting, but both my roommates make the commute with few complaints. The room is 10x10, rent is around 400/mo (including all utilities, high speed internet, digital cable/dvr, phone, etc).

Alright, the other roommate just got Ospreys, so this has become a bit more urgent.

I have one room available immediately, another on Tuesday. This is mainly for API students, since I'll be out of Pensacola in late May or June.
