Registration ProblemsIf you have trouble advancing beyond the Policy registration screen, please disable your firewall (Norton, Zonealarm...) for a few moments. In addition:

You must have cookies enabled!

In order to use this site effectively, your web browser must be able to accept cookies. You must have your cookie (privacy) setting to medium.

HOW TO ENABLE COOKIESInternet Explorer 61. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.

3. Move the slider until Medium is selected for the privacy setting.
4. Click on Apply.

Internet Explorer 51. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Click the Internet zone.
4. Select a security level other than High.

America Online (AOL) versions 6 and 7Follow the instructions below only if you are using the browser that came with AOL. If you opened another browser outside of AOL, follow the directions for that browser as described above.
1. Click on Start from your Windows taskbar.
2. Point at Settings.
3. Click on Control Panels.
4. Click on the Internet icon. The Internet Properties window will appear.
5. Click on the Privacy tab from within the Internet properties window.

8. Click on OK.

America Online (AOL) versions 4 and 5Follow the instructions below only if you are using the browser that came with AOL. If you opened another browser outside of AOL, follow the directions for that browser as described above.

3. In the Preferences window, click on WWW. The AOL Internet Properties window will appear.
4. Click on the Security tab
5. Click on the Internet zone, then click on the Custom button on the bottom of the window. The Security Settings window will appear.
6. Scroll down until you see Cookies.
7. Click Enable.
8. Click on OK.

America Online version 4 (alternate instructions) and version 31. Click on MY AOL on your AOL Toolbar.
2. Select Preferences.
3. Click on the WWW icon. The AOL Internet Properties window will appear.
4. Click on the Advanced tab from within the AOL Internet Properties window.
5. Click to "de-select" Warn before accepting cookies.

To accept cookies if you are using a Macintosh computer...Internet Explorer 41. Click Edit, and then click Preferences.
2. Click the Receiving Files arrow.
3. Click the Cookies button.
4. Under When receiving cookies, select never ask.
5. Click OK.

Netscape Communicator 41. Click Edit, and then click Preferences.
2. Click Advanced in the menu on the left-hand (white background) side of the screen.
3. Under Cookies on the right-hand part of the screen (gray background), click Accept all cookies.
4. Click OK.

America Online versions 41. Click on MY AOL on your AOL Toolbar.
2. Select Preferences.
3. Click on the WWW icon. The AOL Web Preferences window will appear.
4. Click on the Advanced settings button from within the AOL Web Preferences window.
5. Click the Receiving Files arrow so that the Cookies button appears beneath it.
6. Click on the Cookies button. The Cookie Settings window will appear to the right.
7. Under When receiving cookies, select never ask.
8. Click OK.

Activation Key NOT FOUND!You go through the registration process, click on the link activation link found in the email, and you get a web page on the site that says your Activation Key is NOT FOUND!! Chances are that you double clicked, or the page refreshed. When you click on the link, your account is activated, and that activation key is deleted from the database. Go ahead and attempt to logon, you should already be set up.

Also check your email, your email program could have chopped the activation link, and the rest of the link may be on the next line. If so, copy and past that link into your browser.

All Else Fails If you get an activation email, forward that to me with the problem you are encountering. If nothing else works, send me an email, with your logon name in the email (that is the only way for me to look up the account and activate it manually), and I will get the account activated.
