PRK waiver with application?

Does any know if you need to have the waiver already to apply for SNA or do you just need to be in the process of obtaining it at the time of submission? I have applied for SNA before(without being selected) but I had only a recommendation for a waiver for commission w/history of PRK through meps. Should I have had a flight physical done instead of just the commissioning physical? If anyone has recently gone through the process, can you please pm me? Thanks.

I'm up for my Final Select for SNA. I have never uptained a waiver, unless my recuiter has and I don't know about it. I turned in all my medical paper work with the rest of my forms. So... to not answer your question any better.... I have no idea
