PRK 3 / 6 month reqs + healing timeline

Hey guys,

I just had my 3 month visit and am at 20/20 - 3 and 20/20 - 1; with -.25 diopters astigmatism in each eye. Can I expect to have more healing yet to come and my vision further improve?


Also for the 3 / 6 month exams, what is required is a :
-vision test
-eye dilation (+ related checks)
-eyeball scan

correct? Or is there more?

are you an OCS candidate? if so your OR should be able to find out what that particular MEPS doc wants to see.

The limit for astigmatism is 1.0 diopters so you're well within that. Not sure about the Cylinder limit, but it's in the waiver guide so check that out. The number 3.0 for Cylinder pops into my head so that may be it.
