Passwords are ridonkulous!

I took the plunge to reset my DFAS password today I was able to get one that met all the requirements but then the interesting part started. I went to pull my tax statement and nothing was there, then I went to look at my monthly statement and it wasn't there either, I know they have maintenance starting tomorrow so not sure if this issue is related or not, but has anyone else noticed this that logged in recently? I should have the hard copy in the mail in a day or two, hopefully.......

Follow up on my post, turns out after I messaged a few friends of mine they had the same issue, it appears it was a glitch and I happened to log in during that time, it was fine the next day.
