Which website should we be memorizing Appendix B from? Some words vary (i.e. General Orders of a Sentry number 4 is different) and I want to study the one they will be testing me on at OCS:

https://www.public.navy.mil/netc/NSTC/otcn/pdfs/OCR Appendix B.pdf

https://www.public.navy.mil/netc/NSTC/otcn/pdfs/V3_OCS_DEP_Guide 013-0238_OCS_UPDATED_20180906.pdf?fbclid=IwAR1Hnjfu5YDgLRBrjBtv9fmZF9abVTwN2HL_7s14488D6s4Y6oxVHy1iIfA
Use that first link, because you'll have a copy of that entire book (OCR) in your room and that will be your bible for 3 months.

The first link has 15 positions for chain of command while the second link has 13. Could the second link be outdated?

As far as chain of command, some guides include the section leader for the day (which changes obviously) and some don't. Some classes have two RDC's and some don't. This is why there is a discrepancy in the number of positions. I see you are an SNA but you're nuking the shit out of this. The candio class will tell you what you need to memorize when you get to OCS.
