OCC 189 (Summer '05) ?

I'm thinking about getting PRK this summer while I'm out of school, and then applying for the OCC of the Summer of '05. If I were to get the surgery in May ('04), wait my three months, which would be August, when could I submit my package for OCC 189? I have to come back to school for my senior year and will be graduating in the spring of '05. Maybe I should ask it like this. How long before the scheduled class begins can you submit an app. for it? Do the boards just meet for one OCC at a time?

My other option is to apply for PLC-C this summer as SNFO. Any thoughts?
