New to PRT, crossing over.

I am trying to commission in the Navy and I don't know how different your physical test is compared to the Army.

1) Does anyone have the link to the standards and score?

2) I know as high as possible, but what is a good score for an officer to have?

3) Height / Weight - how strict is it on the blue side?

This should answer your questions regarding numbers.

As far as a good shape to be in as an officer, I couldn't tell you. My NROTC unit wants us all to be at an Outstanding Low, but that's pre-commissioning.
