Navy Pilots flying With the AF.

Here at Moody AFB, there are few instructor pilots that are actually from the Navy. My question is that if you can cross train to be an instructor with the Air Force, can you fly Air Force jets for sometimes if you are a Navy Fighter Pilot? Also, how long can you serve in the program before you have to go back to your respective service?
