Letters of Recommendation

I have the letters that are required for the OCC package; Dean, Professor, Employer. I was wondering if there was a magic number for recommendation letters? How much are they weighted? How good would a recommendation letter from a 2 star look. Thanks in advance.

I believe they want at least 5 letters. Once you have the dean, professor and employer, the rank/title of those writing the rest of the letters doesn't matter as much. They want to see letters from those who know you well and can attest to your character.
