In Navy OCS how much leadership is there? I heard that you have to lead your platoon while the sargent is screaming at you, is this true?

Everyone will be section leader. The job rotates every day, usually in alphabetical order. As the first person in the class's chain of command, the SL is more or less in charge of the day's events. If you know your stuff, your stint as SL will be no sweat. If you don't.... :icon_rage

the only people who really get it from the DIs are the presidents of the classes. When anything goes wrong, they're the ones who are called.
