House is located right outside the front gate, 3 minute drive. I'm off to corpus for primary so I need to rent it out. I've been here since September and it's worked out great for me. 10 Minute drive to the bars downtown.House is very nice, Rent is cheap, has backyard with shed and like I said it's location can't be beat. Theres still a very good wait especially for NFO's so you want a place that makes your commute to muster as painless as possible. Immediate move in possible.

I never lived there but visited my former roomie. =)

Highly recommended...nice quaint house. And as Laz said, it's on a perfect location on 98...near Corry Station for food shopping, near NASP for daily 0730 musters, and still close enuf to downtown.

Rent now. Git r done!
