hahah...OMG! That's like when my friend was purchasing a house upon moving to Stafford,va. They all met in Arizona to sign papers...and the lady selling the house SWORE to my friend, she's a 10yr military wife, "and she knows how to keep a home clean, inspections from head to toe" hahah...B/S!
