Keep re-applying... Also check out other services like the Coast Guard or Air Force who seem more appreciative of well qualified applicants. If you are an attorney during the day, the Air Force will gladly take you as a Reserve JAG.Just got the call. Not selected.

I’m still waiting. Spoke to OR an hour ago and he is out of the office, will check tomorrow morning.

Very impressive to have a completed BS/MS at 23 AND 3 years of professional experience. It sounds like you have a steep upward trajectory. If you don't mind sharing, what was the designator you got selected for?
Not in the system might mean never went to the board (not to be a downer). I went through that last year with a supply app. OR said all good, call me in 60 days if you don't hear from me first. Called in 60 days, OR xferred and app not sent to board in time (not in the system). This time for intel, OR said all good, called this week and said oops, didn't receive a waiver back, app never received by board (not in the system). Trying again in Feb/Mar - it's really not that far away. Upside is plenty of time to make sure all the paperwork is in and correct.
