Forum upgrade to 3.8.4

Nothing major, just updated the forum to the latest stable release.

For those that are interested, there are going to be some major changes to the site with the upcoming release of the 4.0 software. You can see it in action and some screenshots here.

The website is probably going to be slow for a little while, doing some other maintenance, and setting up a test site for the new forum.
