Looks like they got called away for an F-16 with an actual EP, and then forgot to flip the switch from "AFFF" to "Water" before doing the ceremonial arch.

I bet if I was standing near whatever their equivalent of the MMCPO is, I could have learned some very creative Dutch profanity.
