Do you get college credits for attending OCS/TBS?

Hello everyone,

I know this may sound odd but I was wondering if you get college credits attending OCS and TBS. Would they be granted from Marine Corps University?
If we do I can defer my student loans and that would be nice.

i got 14 units of credit for military science when i went to Marine OCS. it just depends on your college. most private colleges wont accept it. but i went to a state college, it took some time to get it finalized but i finally got the units. and it helped too.

Yeah, I went to a State University that is part of the Texas A&M University system and they wouldn't give me any credit. This particular University is also very liberal, along with alot of its staff. Soooo, like farkle said, it just depends.
