Can anyone elaborate on what the daily rhythm or routine might be for an officer with a non-combat MOS after TBS? What time do you start and leave work, how much family time do you have, and are there any housing restrictions (where you can live)? Does base housing/work schedule allow pets?

Your mileage will vary based upon your command climate. Base housing does allow pets. Work sked is again, dependent upon your command. You won't get a solid answer because there really isn't one.

Start work after getting eight-ish hours of uninterrupted rest, end work when eight-ish hours of uninterrupted rest is required.
