Hard copy orders in hand (E-7), having issues with HHG and car situation. Currently located OCONUS (Hawaii). The property office states I am only authorized 400 pounds and cannot ship/store my POV while in Newport. This doesn’t seem right.

What am I supposed to do with my POV?

Surely the navy isn’t going to pay to fly me back to deal with my vehicle. It doesn’t seem right that I have to pay out of pocket to ship it.
