I think with Phrog's design with the wings and contrails, with Schnugg's design with the "www.AirWarriors.com" in the outline, would be a good sticker. Take the best of both designs.

Moving Forward...

I just placed an order for (1) 4"x6" oval sticker from the makestickers.com website. The image below is what I crafted. I did specify additional instructions to stretch the swoosh out to the black oval - and ensure that the AW/swoosh/wings are centered on the sticker. I requested a proof by email, I'll attach that when and if I get it. Also, I'll scan in the sticker when I get it (it says 2-10 days) and upload it here.

Yes, I know the wings suck - but this was more of a test of the site's ability to tweak the design. If they don't tweak it very well, than I'd have to look for a different vendor. Once we go for the final - I'll find better wings...

OK, they just told me that the wings suck and will print horribly... SO - can someone send me a high quality set of wings (300 dpi) that I can modify the picture with to send back to them?

You should be able to upload multiple designs, send friends to the website, and print off one at a time.

I know that negates the bulk efficiency, but it allows everyone to have what they want.

The wings should be an added option but not on the direct sticker which can be placed above the sticker, below, or wherever you fancy. There's too many main focal points and it should be just one. "AW". That way you don't have to overwhelm the design with everyones wings. Just a GD'ers friendly suggestion.

I have looked into Cafepress... The only issue there is how much an individual sticker costs. For all the other items, it's cheap - but for stickers - not cheap. The makestickers.com website, you can get them for less than a $1 per in bulk.

Air Warriors is all about "the wings." I don't think it will "overwhelm" the design - only make it mo betta !!!

I agree... I uploaded the new graphics to them at 300 dpi and cleaned up, so they don't suck as much. I also genned up this to email them and let them know it's exactly what we want it to look like...

Hopefully, within the month. I should have the proof 2-10 days from now, and then it's just a matter of figuring out how much for the LRIP and who's going to pony up the money, and do the distribution...

Again Cafepress would be good for this, BUT their base price for one sticker is $2.49 each, and we don't end up with exactly the design we want...
