Does anyone have a good contact number for someone that deals with aviation physicals at NAMI? I completed a physical in August at NAS Mayport during our CDOPS deployment. I need a copy of it to include in my redesignation package. Tried all the numbers on the NAMI site, all answering machines, and no response from code427@nomi.med.navy.mil

850-452-2257 is NAMI and extension 1025 is the front desk for NAMI physicals. Don't ask why I have this memorized...I love NAMI :icon_rage
