I am moving to Corpus on May 11th and have a room available. The price is $300+utilities which comes to no more than $390 per month. Other cost's are $300 deposit and $40 signing fee(which sometimes you don't have to do). This is a great place if you are looking to transition from API at NAS to whiting or corpus. I've been here for about 4 months and this place is great.
There's 3 other roomates, but it's 2100sqft and it's 2 stories 2.5bath. One of the guys is always in his room and the other guys are geo-bachelors gone for the weekend at home w/their wives and such. It's pretty sweet. Don't pass it up.
