"Lawn dart" got an unexpected chuckle out of me...is that a term of (un)endearment reserved for the F-16? I don't really know much about the crash statistics of various aircraft...is this one especially prone to accidents?
It took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out what your signature thingy meant.

I never thought of "lawn dart" as referring to a specific aircraft type, just to plane crashes in general. But Google says:

The F-16 and AV-8B are the two that have most traditionally been labeled "lawn dart", at least in modern times. Aka "NC Lawn Dart" (Harrier), "SC Lawn Dart" (F-16). Not to make light of the mishap.
