All,
I’m currently an Air Force 1st Lt, working as an aircraft maintenance officer. I can’t fly for the Air Force, but am interested in transferring to the Marines or the Navy to fly. I believe I’m waiverable for color vision, but will talking to a Navy flight doc to check. My commitment is up in 2 years. I’ll be a captain at that point. I am looking for advice, tips, tricks, reality check, etc., on accomplishing a transfer.
