Quick Avatar Question

Hey webmaster, I've been on this site for a few days now and I must say I really enjoy it. My wife hasn't quite come around yet, but she will. I'm applying for BDCP and it had alot of info I needed. I was an acoustic AW on P3s out of VP-1 from 97-02. My final crew pic is on my profile. Anyway, how can I get that crew pick under my name on all my posts?? I read some of the faq's about Avavtars but I don't really get it. Do I need permission or is there another way? Thanks.
