3 months or 4?

I had PRK surgery on 3/23/07 and things are looking great. I've just spoken w/ my recruiter about getting the PRK waiver. He said that the post-op waiting period has changed and is no longer a 3 month minimum (for -6 diopters or less), but is now 4 months. Nothing has changed on the NAMI website waiver documents as they still mention the 3 month period. Should I argue and insist that he send off my waiver request at 3 months? Is there any validity to the "new" wait period?
