Spin off from the What Are You Reading thread, which has been more successful and useful than I could have hoped for - nice job AWers!

First one I'll post is one that I came across last week - and I'm sure that I'm WAY late to the party on this one, but it's VERY good. In particular, I recommend the Marlantes, McMaster, and Junger episodes. Also, available on iTunes.
