    37. You have picked up enough knowledges to almost decipher one of the many acronym-laden articles in Approach.

Uh, you see, in "experience technology," experience is the adjective, technology is the noun - it's a technology that provides experiences.

For "technology experience", it's vice versa - it's an experience related to technology. So the two have vastly different meanings - one refers to a technology, your phrasing refers to an experience. The authors intended to discuss the technology...so they phrased it exactly as they meant it. English can be very precise...if you pay attention to it.

^^I actually saw it that way as well, after I posted about it, but I've seen so many examples of wierd grammar by high up academics (or pretending to be) that you never know for sure what the hell these people are talking about.

Nobody of consequence thinks any such thing . If you don't have the wherewithal to tell the difference, then so be it.

    36. Before giving friends the link to AW, you give a disclaimer that it is primarily a Naval Aviation community and not to make posts demanding to change the name to "Groundwarriors" or asking the webmaster to add their air farce typing badge rating to display with their name

    Zippy-

If you are getting married, I am going to have to drive to JAX to kill you...

OTOH, if you have some horrific morbid need to be attached to a money sucking lifeform, please marry my ex, so I can stop paying her...

If you are gonna lose, I might as well win..

-1 for poor SA (thread/post was dormant almost 4 years)

+1 for reviving a decent thread with timeless posts

It's been said elsewhere that you're a regular if you can correlate Joboy to subsequent incarnations

FAIL. There is free wifi internets in Narita... I believe the wifi was "united" something or other.

WIN for completely ignoring addressing the references to Joboy, his various incarnations and his subsequent Airwarriors addiction.

Sign you may be on AW too much.. When people walk into the ready room and people yell "AIRWARRIORS" if they see you anywhere near a computer.

Sign: You've watched as MasterBates has become NATOPS qualified in nearly every T/M/S in the Navy during his time on AW.

Sadly, this is pretty close to the truth.

Never got an actual NATOPS qual in the 57, but yeah, pretty much every trainer save the T-6 and a couple fleet birds.

#456. If your AW join date corresponded to when you commissioned and actually joined the Navy, you would nearly be a DH now
