Anyone know why their website has been shut down? Is the company still doing alright with all the real estate problems recently? I own a property that I will be looking to rent out in a few months and these guys had been highly recommended to me and supposedly a lot of the IPs who owned properties were using them. Just wondering if they are still as dangerous as their name suggests. I've talked to some tenants of PCS real estate solutions (www.pcsres.com) properties as well and have heard mostly good things so far. It seems like these two companies are the most military friendly for both owners and renters--even if they didn't get too creative in naming themselves. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I can't speak about Top Gun or PCS, but I will tell anyone to steer away from REMAX, I'm renting one of their properties and have been very disappointed with the management. During the search for a place I worked with Weeks Realty a little and wish I had found a place to rent with them.

IFS complete, starting API June 26!
I just moved here a month ago and rented a house through them. I LOVE Ted and Beth. Ted is retired marine F-18 pilot/instructor, company called Top Gun because he went there :0). They are both so nice. Beth even met the utilities people at my house before we got here so we could get hot water on the night we arrived. You can call their cell phones 24x7 if u get locked out or need help. They had the house professionally cleaned before we got here and it was spotless. Can't recommend them highly enough.

OH I just realized something. We may not be talking about the same people. Top Gun Property Management split up the week I moved here. Like Ted and Beth split from the other owner. Ted and Beth, whom everyone is talking about and recommending, changed their name to Perdido Sands Realty for the time being until it gets straightened out. The company under the name Top Gun is the person they split from. I don't know about them, but if you want Ted and Beth, here is their NEW link:

If moving to PCOLA stay away from Andra Morgan @ Top Gun Properties
Top Gun properties in Pensacola, Fl went under new management and I have had nothing but problems receiving information and my deposits back. I leave messages foe Andra and never get calls back. STAY AWAY!!

DON'T USE TOP GUN to rent nor manage your property
Ted and Beth are not there and Andra is not about the people! Use Perdido Sand Reality if you want to be treated like family.

Ted "Tiny" Johnson is awesome. My wife worked with him at VT-4. Great guy and he really enjoys the property management business. We have our house up for rent with him if anyone is moving to Pensacola soon.......
stay away from Top Gun and Andra
She is running that business into the ground. The word is getting out about the new and unimproved Top Gun and how Andra treats military tenants. As a tenant who experienced dealing with Ted and Beth before the split, I cannot wait to get out of this property so I no longer have to deal with that woman.
