    Those looking for TOPGUN Property Management under Ted Johnson, the nice guy, he now has a company called Perdido Sands Realty. Go to him instead.

    Ted "Tiny" Johnson is awesome. My wife worked with him at VT-4. Great guy and he really enjoys the property management business. We have our house up for rent with him if anyone is moving to Pensacola soon.......

    No personal experience with Top Gun, but I've heard bad things from a few people.

    stay away from Top Gun and Andra

    She is running that business into the ground. The word is getting out about the new and unimproved Top Gun and how Andra treats military tenants. As a tenant who experienced dealing with Ted and Beth before the split, I cannot wait to get out of this property so I no longer have to deal with that woman.

    Run away. Fast.

    I second that. I've been here for 7 months and I can't say I've ever dealt with a worse company. She's killing it, to the point where Ted told me that when my lease runs out with Top Gun, he's going to try to hook me up with something nice with Perdido Sands.

    Just scratching the days off the calendar til then.

    I just want to give another plug for Ted and Beth...they are awesome and I couldn't have stumbled onto anything better. Do not rent from anyone else you'll really be missing out on seriously nice properties, great fast friendly service and they will go out of their way to help you out with what you need.

    Hold IT!!!

    LOOK...I was there when Beth and Ted ran the place and I was there when Andra took over...I dont know who put that sour taste in your mouth but she is an absolute DOLL. She was very prompt in getting my deposit back and returned every phone call and every e-mail! She was able to get things fixed that needed it in a very timely manner and always followed up on the issue to make sure it was fixed. TopGun Property Management is still a very good company and will bend over backwards to find you something that will accommodate your needs. I have recommended this company to many people since I left P-cola and they have been nothing but pleased with TopGun and Andra. Just because you had a bad experience with them (probably your doing) don't go bashing them to make yourself feel better!

    I have a feeling people are posting their bad experiences because they had are trying to steer others away from bad companies, not because they're trying to make themselves feel better.

    Yes, because this post from a completely unknown person praising the person that countless others above have decried isn't COMPLETELY transparent.

    Stay FAR FAR away from TopGun, it was awesome with Ted in charge but since the new change of management the place is terrible business and is bound to fail with shady workings done by Andra. You'll regret it quickly.

    Jesus, stay away from both the companies...... You can find tons of places all over the net. I dont need Andra, Ted or any of the dysfunctional 1980 elite fighter pilot ambulance chasers..... It sounds like Andra's company is in a negative 4 g dive into crap and some of Ted's hoodlums are trying to take Polaroid's and post them on airwarriors.

    Come on Andra, do some of that (ambulance chaser) pilot shit......

    Fishegle was right - it took 2 years, but TopGun Property Management aka TopGun Property Realty aka TopGun Property Group( she had to keep changing the name to stay steps ahead of the creditors, DBPR and every other official department ) has failed due to Andra's shady workings. Andra sold off the property management - there is a God in heaven looking out for us!
