Took ASTB today, with mediocre score should I submit?

I took the OAR with little studying today and earned a 46 which I know isn't that well. I know I can definitely bring this up as there were a couple questions I rushed through. Currently I am enlisted IS3 hopefully an IS2 this cycle as I am pretty sure I got a good eval. Anyways does anyone think I am competitive among prior enlisted for either intel or swo? Thanks (Was thinking about submitting for the last intel board of the year)

BS in criminology from FSU 3.2 GPA
46 OAR
IS3 (Only a year in the Navy)
Eval: Most likely EP, at worst an MP
Warfare pin: Completed my IDW warfare qual in 4 months.

While 46 is not a stellar OAR, I'd STUDY, then retake the test and apply. If there isn't enough time for a re-take, apply anyway. You may not be competitive, but you will learn a lot about the application process by applying. If you don't apply, you know the answer is no. If you aren't selected, you can continue to improve your package.

Submit, I knew a few guys with lower scores than yours that got accepted.
