If you're half as ripped as you make yourself out to be, no one is mistaking you for a woman. Don't get tats to look more "manly" either. Also... you're probably one of the few people who actually notice or care about what you perceive as imperfections, seriously. I say this as a hairy dude who's been balding since I was 24... somehow found a smokeshow to marry.
This was a picture of my acne at it's worst, it actually interfered with the Naval Academy admission process lol.

1. That sucks, I get it dude.
2. Let the meds take their course.
3. You're a teenager - we've all had acne and you may possibly grow out of that.
4. You're a teenager. Imagine the guys in the 60s who got smiley faces and rainbow tats because those were cool then, or the late 90s tribal arm bands? Ever seen a woman go from a 19 year old with a "stamp" on her rear hips only to gain 40+ lbs in the next 15 years of her life? Not pretty. Tats are and should be considered permanent. You don't know what you don't know at 19 man. Also, girls aren't putting out to every person with tats because they have tats. You'll be fine.

Thank you. Oh this was 2 years ago, the acne is gone now, I was just using it as a demonstration to what you could imagine, the aftermath (in terms of scars) would be.

Everybody made a lot of good points here, I have certainly decided to think more about the potential implications of getting tattoos.

I think what’s more important is that @mad dog is showing us the proper use of skate park PPE
I had to engage the Google machine to figure out what a “PPE” is...HOT DOG...wearing personal protective equipment is very important regarding skateboarding...especially for a dude like myself who is almost 55. I will admit, however, that lately I’ve become a bit lazy and haven’t been wearing my PPE as regularly as I should.

If you squeezed your shoulders together did your shirt back get all gooey?

Any chance of your own Dr. Pimple Popper episode?

Yeah it did, I would actually lick my shirts clean after a day of wearing them just to taste if the inflammation had gone down (based on how repugnant the pus was, if it had a rotten taste, I knew some cysts would be gone the next day; if it was fresh, i knew them' bastards would stick around a bit longer).

Unfortunately, I didn't record any pimple popping videos when I had acne 2 years ago. Maybe if one pops up today I'll take a vid and post it on the tubes'.

I’m proof that nobody gives a fuck about how you look. Do your job and the rest is easy.

Grown fucking men and women talking about their zits...and you wonder why I don’t like millennials...

I have accumulated enough road rash from skateboarding as a teenager and from other fun activities that I am a huge fan of it. That and the only time I was ever in a motorcycle accident I was wearing only a flannel shirt. That rash took much longer to go away haha.
Metallica t-shirts don’t work at the gym. :(

if the Metallica shirt doesn’t cut it, the double watch wearing will drive the ladies wild ?
