You are confusing SWO with Supply...
Don’t think I am. Just read the recruiting regulation that my RO sent to me, and his officer also confirmed the waiver process and the regulation. If your information is different, where are you getting it from?

Read h (4). It's very cut and dry.

Yea I read that excerp when I was sent the regulation. My OR is stating that I would still be able to submit with a waiver which would fall under H1, and 4C. He has done it several time for other active duty members and who have been accepted. Thanks for the info.

Both of those are for age and GPA. The 6+ year TIS is what’s going to likely sink you for supply.

Just figured i would add an update to my application. My kit it submitted for the supply board this August. You were right RUFiO181 about the time in service, but because i have 7 years of experience in contracting/supply CDR Klem who i believe in in charge of the entire OCS board process gave me waivers directly for the age, and the time in service. That is what i figured would happen since the board has the ability to pretty much waive anything they want depending on the applicant. Really nervous for the board results which convenes on the 20th, but i believe i have a really good shot.

So i guess i am curious to see what you guys think of my chances. Here are the specifics to my application

OAR: 51
7 years time in service in the Air Force, All in contracting/supply
LOR: O9 Admiral, O7 Air Force General, Senator of Alaska, O5 Air Force Lt. Colonel (Contracting/Supply), Contracting/supply E-7(Retired)
GPA: 3.5 (Criminal Justice)
Masters GPA: 4.0 (Currently 3 classes left), Masters in business
Age: 32
Current position: E-5 USAF
Leadership Experience: College basketball/Europe professional basketball team captain. Organized Pro basketball camp in Abu Dhabi/Dubai for youth to improve intercultural relations. Organized military group to promote leadership through mentorship for enlisted....(Other examples but not enough space to include)

Thanks for all the feedback.

You do have superb LOR's and background for sure. I would even say that it goes over qualified!! Hope for the best to you. Just curiosity, why Navy and not Airforce officer?

I submitted for air force OTS earlier this year, but the selected process is very different from the navy. In the air force you don't submit a board for specific jobs, you can only submit to the "active duty" board, and there is only one board for the 2019 year coming up in December. This is the bad thing about the air force, i feel like they don't adequately promote from within. Seems they would rather take more civilians than active duty military. I am in the position to submit for both branches, but i am ready for a change, and the Navy seems like an awesome fit.

Hope for the best! The board convenes this Monday... (if they do)

Results come out for the August selection board yet? I submitted my package the week prior to the July 16 deadline, but OCS Medical required more documents. First, I used an outdated checklist so I had to submit another form. Second, I had to submit scan of my entire medical record. Third, I had to get an updated orthopedic evaluation due to a sprained ankle I had in March 2014. With that, our flight surgeon annotated at the end of his findings that I have maintained consistent 'Excellent' PFA results since the sprained ankle. So last Monday, OCS Medical asked me to send in my PFA results(lol). So I'm hoping all that would suffice. I am hoping to get in to the next selection board.
