Does the PLC Air Contract or the NROTC Air Contract guarantee for you to become a pilot or a NFO?

It guarantees that if you're still around after OCS and TBS that they'll send you to the flight training pipeline. Whether you sink or swim there is up to you.

That's pretty wild. I thought there was no way that could be what it was. If you didn't have a plausible story I wouldn't believe you, though.

The verbage to do this is "conference xray" as depicted on the front of the E pages of the PCL. You can also use it to contact other phone numbers if you need services upon arrival for example. New bit of knowledge for me as well

I know, I was just wondering if the flight training guarantees you as a pilot or naval flight officer or is it two seperate contracts? Sorry I'm not sure which one it guarantees..

Roger. It's two separate contracts.
