Hi everyone, I'm renting out my condo beginning July 8.
Its in the perfect location, a block from the tram and McGregors Ale House, two blocks from qcomm. Complex has 2 pools/spas and tennis courts and you'll get two parking spots (plentiful guest pkg on street fyi). I'm getting new applicances put in now, pet friendly upon approval (one max, <40lbs).
This area is perfect for quick I-8 access to the beach and I-15 for the straight shot to NASNI or Miramar.
