...uhm... anyone else see that? I know the players take this event pretty casually, but c'mon - that was WIDE and LOOSE.
I guess every other T/M/S on Oahu was on their collective asses. The Raptor readiness was >80%, so they got the frag....kinda deflates F-22 haters in the process.
But it was a flyover, and I recently learned (on this very website!) that performing a flyover validates everything about an airframe and the acquisition process behind it. And since you are obviously a hater, I feel obligated to warn you against referring to it by any sort of nickname. Edit: too slow, but I don't regret stopping to open a beer before I replied.
-2 looked out to lunch and -4 looked to be having a hard time by the way all those surfaces were flapping.
-1.You should have had your beer open already...or, at the very least, had Mrs. Bert open it for you.
Raptor haters? I'm missing an inside joke or there are some sensitive folks around here Poor form is poor form be it a Hornet, Hawkeye, Huey, or Herc...
While searching for a video of the Flyover from today, found this: http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-videos/09000d5d80924c91/Salute-the-sky Sorry if it's a repost...what noise did that guy say the helos make?
I would love to see a couple B2s do a fly over. Since I'm obviously a hater does anyone know if the Plopters have done any flyovers?
The C-5 flyover of the AFC Championship game was pretty awesome. If we're going to have to be slow and lame (per micromanagement from higher), at least we can be awesomely HUGE.
No, she was happy with the size and the motion, just ask her the next time you see her. I keed, I keed.
