While you use your officer status ....After all is said, I can truly understand the meaning under your name in this forum and won’t fight with you about concepts or things we can’t change. I just hope that others like yourself may change your views one day and support those who have great potential, but need a little motivation to achieve greatness.
....
Hell, I can't even "use my (exulted) officer status" to get a primo parking spot at the Exchange, while the MCPO can .... :)

BTW ... "the mean 'Ol Hao'le Man" comes from a song done by some local Bruddahs in da Territory. They also reference a "mean" 'ol Pake' man, a "mean" 'ol Japaneee man, a "mean" 'ol 'Pilipino man, a "mean" 'ol cocktail waitress, and even .... a "mean" 'ol Hawaiian man ... " .

So I guess us mean 'ol Hao'le man's got no monopoly on mean, huh, hao'le ??

I'm surprised you didn't know that???

Seriously 'brah ... all 'da best. Hope you make it. Stay warm & fuzzy. :sleep_125

I love the co-dependent society we've given birth to over the past couple of decades .... can ANYONE do ANYTHING for themselves anymore ??? (Just a rhetorical question...... )
This is quite an odd statement. I've talked to multiple people who said that part of the purpose of OCS/military college is to build dependency and trust with your classmates, since they're the only friends you have while there. Something one of my friends at a military college told me: "The military's philosophy is that when people work together, they can accomplish great things. Like, the whole "Army of one" line is bullshit. There no 'Army of one.' There is only an Army of many, and you, alone, are worthless."
