Looking to see if anyone knows of any good places to rent down there. My ideal place would be a furnished vacation rental. I am going to be there till April 15th so I figure there should be open vacation rentals for the winter. I have been in contact with a couple companies but they have been ... eh. If anyone has worked with a good realtor down there who you could recommend that would be great. Thanks!
I recommend going to Craiglist and doing a search with Keywords. I was interested in living in the Chick's Beach area and typed in "Shore Drive" and a lot of condos for rent popped up. Some were listings by legit property managers, and the one I ended up renting was a sweet 2 bedroom condo 3-4 miles from Little Creek.
Rent a Puma? It's 3 miles to the flight line from the RV park. THE Puma should be vacant by Thanksgiving if things I heard today hold true. NAS Oceana RV park is $450/mo with utilities.
