Pets are welcome and a washer, dryer, and fridge are included. Rent is $1500 a month. Many flight students and some instructors live in the neighborhood which makes for great study resources and nothing beats the 5 minute drive to the sim building when you have the 0530 sim.

and walking distance to the best bar in texas, The Spur.... you might have to cut through a farmers field. Nice house though, knew some friends that lived there in the past.
