Alright so as our buddy the groundhog told us a few days ago, it is not going to get warm any time soon, so it looks like we are stuck running on teadmills for a little bit longer.[IMG]

I have recently tried to get into running intervals on the treadmill but have found it really difficult becuase of how long it takes for the belt to speed up/slow down, and because I have to keep my finger on the button the whole time while changing speeds.

Needless to say, its not going so well. If anyone has got any good ideas for speed/interval workouts on a treadmill, I could use some help.

I just set the treadmill to 12mph and run .25 mi intervals. At my gym it doesn't take the treadmill so long to speed up. if 12mph isn't fast enough for you just increase the incline.
