I will be moving to Pensacola in the late spring/early summer 2012. I am single and looking for a house. Don't mind having a roommate but I have everything to furnish a house by myself.

I'm sure you won't have any problems finding other Academy/ROTC graduates moving out in May/June. I expect to be arriving in September, so if you still have some spots to fill, let me know.
Avoid pointe south like the plauge. Unless of course you like not getting any of your security deposit back. I think they changed their name to southern properties group so beware.
