You’re 900 steps from the acsb. The community is pretty different now than it was 15 years ago, and I bet it will be different 15 years from now. At your stage, the golden path is just get selected for sna.

Also, to get it all out of the way. Romeo pilots are a bunch of nerds. Sierra pilots have better stick skills because we’re not nerds. And don’t get me started on fixed wing clowns. Etc., etc.

I’m in maintenance at a HSC. I am very interested in commissioning as a SNA and eventually going back to H60S, but I’ve been hearing that Sierras are much less preferred than R’s.
