Thankfully my GF understands my "wings before rings" policy.
Atta-boy. That's a good start.
You alone are responsible for your success in flight school. You picked your career and you picked your girl, and hopefully they will coexist peacefully. If they don't you'll have to choose, but be a man about it and don't blame the Navy for ruining your love life or your girl for ruining your career.
I am struggling like hell through flight school now, but my wife has been nothing but helpful and supportive. If it weren't for her I'd still be struggling, but I'd be lonely too.
Bring her if you want her (it should be obvious to you), but if you don't make it through or get what you want don't try to pass the blame.
and the rest of the loot..
Aha! See? even he agrees you should post the pics.
Happened to a friend of mine... he went from doing the all distance (I dont think they they had dated with them living remotely close to each other) thing w/ his girlfriend to her telling -not asking or previously discussing with, him that she was moving in with him at the RAG. Within two months she began making demands for the ring.
Or if she's a lower Alabama or south Texas native.
It's hard to believe all of these women are so set on getting hitched so fast.
I mean, I don't dis-believe it, I just don't understand it.
That's what a second X chromosome does. They're more concerned with getting married than who they're getting married to.
Are you kidding me? Wait until you get out into the real world and you'll begin to understand. Most women have been fantasizing about their own fairy tale wedding scenario since they were 5 years old. They're taught that if they're not married by the time they're 30, then they will turn into spinstresses and old maids. Men need to learn the most powerful word in the English language - NO. There will invariably be threats and ultimata issued, but to quote a famous radio personality, "Vaginas are a lot like busses. If you miss one, there will be another coming along in 10 minutes."
You know where to find me, bro.
At the Gold Club? Excellent titty bar by the way, but I'm sure you know that Brett.
The Brass Rail in Hillcrest?
What is with this homoerotic preoccupation? Perhaps Borat made more of an impression on you than you think.
This must be it. Where I grew up, females were / are raised to be career minded (mostly to insure themselves against a kick-to-the-curb, two-at-the-teats divorce situation); marriage and kids are nice, but not likely UNTIL they hit 30.
I guess I am one of the only people here who had a pretty good amount of spare time for most of flight school (i.e. primary)?
Some guys spent their free time on TV and sleeping, others spent it on their GF or wife.
Some spent it on porn, for that matter, and the others, again, on their GF or wife. I think ya get my drift on that one...
But hey, some people would rather do it alone, I guess.
Amen brother. My dad told me he'd be very disappointed if I got married young. I don't plan to get married until both the following criteria are met:
I meet the absolute miss Right, and NOT miss right now
titty bar? I expected much more from Brett. Why pay for it? You can get it for free...and withOUT the herpes too!
As always, that certain radio personallity is always right.
On another note though, I was just curious, at what point, if at all, do you let a perspective vagin know you are a hotshot jet jockey...and how often does this lead into a porsche chasing a crotch rocket?
Hey, nothing wrong with a lap dance now and then. Unfortunately, the ROE here in San Diego stipulate a "no touch" rule. :icon_mi_5
You need to come to Vegas and visit one of our fine establishments.
Oh, I'm quite familiar. Vegas is second only to Key West as far as ROE goes (not necessarily hotness of chix). Once in Key West, I got an ROE brief prior to the lap dance telling me what I could and could not grab. It's nice to know where you stand in these important matters.
Isn't that pretty standard for any club in SoCal? I remember being very disappointed about what some of the LA clubs didn't offer
Thats what nice about the Gold Club in Jax. You get the brief and there's only one thing you can't touch.
As far as ROE goes, I vote Montreal. Canada is good for something. (beer, hockey, clubs)
Separate names with a comma.
