Looking at the OCS posts it seems that the "STATS and SCORES" post did fairly well. Since we got some time before results come out, you can post your stats and scores to see where you stand among the FY11 applicants...GOOD LUCK TO ALL!

FYSA, I have a packet at work that I will get on here ASAP that is from the FY08 board selection. It is a breakdown of how they graded the packages, then. Remember how on the website and in the 1420 it says the CO endorsement is the single most important factor? Well this package proves it, by a long shot. Without it right in front of me I can't quote the rest of it, but there is pre-scored material which is all on a fixed matrix, and then the board grades your writeups, endorsements, statement, evals, etc etc etc. I am heading up to the squadron this afternoon, and will upload it then. Again, good luck ladies and gents.

Keep in mind that there have been some changes to the 1420 in regards to such things as prt scores that are mins now, etc. also there have been additional designations added to the program. Either way it is just a good rough idea for you to wreck your minds over for the next 3 months!

It's always good to see those who are unashamed of blatantly displaying how bad ass they are. You go FY11, you guys rock.

Hey now wlawr-you know you were curious to see what you were up against before you got selected. this is just an opportunity to set aside our modesty and satisfy some of our curiostiy...especially for those of us applying for the first time. (tone of voice: congenial...i promise...lol)

There's plenty of that here for sure.

I mean seriously, no one posts in this thread unless they think their package is shit hot. You guys aren't comparing notes, you're dropping trou with rulers in hand. No one is going to see the E-3 in power school with a pizza stain and NOB's post here, but he'll still get picked up.

Obviously, I'm just busting balls 'cause I can...good luck to you guys.
